Welcome to VCGH - Intro ride Haslemere, Loxwood & Chid

This in an Intro paced road ride particularly for those getting into cycling for the first time or getting back on their bike after a break. Club members who simply want a social paced ride are also very welcome. The distance will be around 43km with an average speed of 12-14mph (19-22.5kph). There will be a cafe stop around 3/4 of the way round in Chiddingfold. This ride will be an opportunity to learn about the club and the basics of riding in a group in an informal way. If this is your first ride with the club or you have any questions, please message the ride leader a few days before the ride. Any road bike, gravel bike or hybrid bike with road tyres is suitable. Please ensure you have a helmet, front and rear light and consider hi-viz clothing. Check for updates on weather closer to the time.
